The construction of a 76m x 65m single span bulk storage warehouse, a 76m x 45m single span bag storage area, a 76m x 15m single span loading area, and a 30m x 100m single span canopy bag storage area. The warehouse has a heavily reinforced concrete slab on 816No. piled foundations. Of which there were 816No. piles The bulk store walls are heavily reinforced concrete which support the steel portal frames of the steel roof structure. The roof and side walls are clad using Kingspan Plastisol cladding sheets.

The installation of a conveyor delivery system from an existing quayside hopper to the new bulk store. Including associated electrical and control systems, drainage and paving.
