Design and Build Marine Control Tower.
PK Construction Ltd. acted as CDM Co-ordinator and Principle Contractor on this project. A turnkey, design and build contract for the construction of a new control tower for the dock master and his staff on the edge of Immingham Docks.
The works comprised piling, concrete slab foundation and erection of superstructure. The construction work included installation of a lift by specialists.
