Design and Build Warehousing and Distribution Unit.
P.K. Construction Ltd. acted as Principle Contractor and under 2007 regulations as CDM Co-ordinator on this project. This included the development of a Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety file together with all information and documentation required under the 2007 CDM Regulations for the roles of Principal Contractor, Co-ordinator and Designer.
The project comprised; piling (pre-cast driven), pile caps and ground beams. Structural steelwork (DES), cladding, foul water and storm water drainage, steel fibre reinforced warehouse slab, tarmac surfacing to trailer parking. Site perimeter fencing and landscaping.
